Debbie Deer is the Founder and CEO of SWYIS, a youth-focused sports-tech platform that combines biometric data, AI coaching, and injury-prevention insights to support athlete performance and wellness. Based in Toronto, she is an award-winning educator, entrepreneur, and immersive technology strategist with deep experience in program design, storytelling, and innovation for youth and community impact. She is a Private Co-Investigator and Immersive Lab Lead at the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Centennial College.
